Temper temper and more HOT temper~

well..
our habits go way way deep..
and i went to research about it..
80% of our lives are lived by habit..

so that means that somewhere in the past u learnt to become easily upset, easily hot tempered, etc..
probably a parental influence or maybe your friends influence you..
and all this influence then builds up..
into your short temper and temperament..
and frm there it just grew into one of your most prized habit's..
wow..
fascinating isn't it?

if your case is such..
now is the time to break that temperament apart and rebuild your personality..
actually it's much easier than you think and it does not require anyone's help..
but yours..
it needs alot of your own interest in wanting to change it..
and some understanding..
it's the intention to change how you respond to the world around you..

people can say something to you..
be it good or bad..
u can choose to get angry or not..
more often than less, i do get angry..
hahaha..
well, at least I'm trying to make a change here..
so maybe next time, i will choose to be calm and see things through..

never believe that you are born with a certain personality..
never believe u can't change..
and never believe you have always been like this..

becuz..
you didn't inherit your personality..
you grew it..

i have to keep thinking of new ways to phrase the sentences, cuz i have to repeat it dozens of times again and again..

my com jus had tis file corrupted..
and cannot open the ghantt chart..

mythilli and azlina oso say so..

i got 1 eye patch over 1 bear eye..
looks like 1 beary pirate..

so pain lo when i remove the dressing..
then the eye 1 big 1 small..

then i had an infection..
so mr doc had to take the scapel and slit my eye bag open a bit then remove the dirty blood..
there after having an injection and wrap up..
